To answer that, the AB’s didn’t want them. They aren’t half the gang the AB’s are. They have went city to city, year after year preying on the weak and promising everything and giving nothing. Guys that couldn’t cut it for an AB. Once they have them lured in, pretty much no way out. They know who they can target. Low income guys and they promise them a better life while only being a foot soldier for them for however long they want them to be.
