For a right hand dominant person it is far wiser to jerk it with the left hand. No matter how much you clean it, you still can't deny you just used your hand for some nasty acts. Better to use the non-dominant hand for nasty stuff imo.

Everything left handed except batting/golf. 1st baseball coach didn't realize I was left handed and lined me up like the other kids when learning to bat.

Shoot-Right
I could throw, shoot gun or bow with either hand growing up, but right handed stuff was easier to find so my right hand became dominate for sports related stuff. If I try to eat with my right hand I just end up dumping it into my lap.
