GABA after workouts
I’ve seen this referenced on here before but don’t know a thing about it. I was looking at a pack of Sleepwalker capsules and saw that it was GABA something or another. Supposed to increase focus and energy, my friend swears by them and takes them daily. Any idea if it’s the same thing you’re referring to?

My job requires me to work directly with physicists, plus electrical and optical engineers. This keeps my brain constantly learning something new that I can apply and use later. It's the best thing for your brain. Challenge it to stay stimulated and constantly learning something new and difficult.

Purified fish oil (low odor / high quality) with high levels of DHA; Magnesium (L-Threonate passes the blood-brain barrier); L-Glutamine, Citicoline...and yes, coffee.
If you need to be super-focused for a good hour, add to the above a combo of 200 mg caffeine cap plus a half-piece Nicotine gum (but careful with that gum).

If you get the jitters with caffeine you should add L theanine. It’s an amino acid found in green tea that gives the calming effect. It really mellows out the caffeine
And some people add coconut oil to their coffee (with Theanine) to get the mind and energy level further jacked.
I also use L-Theanine to help sleep.
