Book by Mike Cernovich. Not sure if it was recommended by somebody on here or Amazon--those damn sneaky bastards. Subtitle is "How to Control Your Thoughts and Emotions, Improve Your Health and Fitness, Make More Money and Live Life on Your Terms." frick YEAH!! How could I not Prime that paperback for $11.99?
Anyway, I've read the 1st chapter and am enjoying it. Nothing groundbreaking so far, but it makes a lot of sense and is accessible. Talks about just how terrible our sedentary lifestyle is. Sitting down all day is bad, mmmk. Said you could bust your arse in the gym for 2 hours a day, but if you're sitting or lying down most of the other 22, it doesn't matter.
You know what? Oops. Egg on my face. I think I am confusing that with another book I started reading this week called Eat Move Sleep.. I need to really work on reading 1 thing at a time. Regardless, thoughts on either?

All I know about him is he is constantly trying to debate Sam Harris on Twitter and get on his show.

It's "Guerrilla Mindset", and you've just been fired.

I don't typically read. It's a waste of time, and I have trouble sounding out lots of stuff good.
Can you just read it and tell us what he said?
