I’m at a point in my life where a melatonin and 8/9 hours of sleep just hits different.

I have no trouble at all going to bed

I took the tv out of my bedroom.

You should only do two things while in your bed: Sleep or frick. That’s it.

Honestly yes - a little, always. It's been bad the last 6 months and after no relief, I saw a chiropractor and slept like a baby that night. Didn't last long but I'm hoping after a few adjustments, everything gets all worked out.

Yes, I've tried a few things, but Benadryl actually does the best for me.

Was just having a conversation on Monday with a Nuerologist about the connection between anticholinergic drugs for sleep (Benadryl) (Unisom) and Alzheimers....you need to find another sleep inducer.

PRAY THE ROSARY. IT is meditation that helps soothe the spirit and relaxes the soul.
Try it.
If you don't know how to pray it, then watch a youtube video on how to pray it.

Gregorian Chant music will help you sleep too.
