I was born with cleft palate.

I lost 10 lbs a few years ago and it healed right up

I don't snore often, but the last six months or I have supposedly been talking almost every night in my sleep. I have no clue why I'm now doing this. Crazy

If that's the best he has, I can handle it.

I don't believe for a minute that there is enough room in your huge head for snoring. Omaha!

This is all related to the jaw relaxing backward when asleep and closing off airway. I am thin and never thought I would have apnea, but finally got a sleep apnea test. Failed bad. Couldn't do the CPAP but got an oral appliance and it has done wonders for me. They aren't cheap, but sleep is priceless.

Is it like that Zyppah thing on TV? Thought about doing that. Also would help prevent me from grinding my teeth which I do when I'm stressed out

My wife and I have found the ideal remedy. Those soft ear plugs that you can mold with your fingers. I can't hear her and she can't hear me. 100% endorse.

However, for most people in this country of fatties, the easiest thing to address and the most likely culprit is excess weight.
since we are assuming here,i will assume you are not a doctor and also a narcissistic douche.
