The 4 and 9 boxes give a 1, 2, sqrt(5) right triangle to set the geometry.
Sqrt(5) hypotenuse : 2 units tall. Multiply by 3/3 to get 3*sqrt(5) hypotenuse : 6 units tall, therefore side length 3*sqrt(5).
(3*sqrt(5))^2 = 45
The weight is B because that vertical support of the stick is closer to the CG than the vertical support on the right.
