I sea foam my older Silverado thru the vac line and gas once a year. Thru the vac line followed by oil change and a full bottle with half a tank of gas.

Exactly - older truck. It helps reduce sludge when used in the crankcase before an oil change and helps reduce carbon build up throughout.

I've used it a bunch with no problems. I use stronger stuff the majority of the time though, but I have a big jug at the house, so I'll pour it in the truck occasionally

It was 100% unnecessary to include "Platinum". What a tool you must be.

Put a full can in the 2013 Platinum and seems to be running worse.
How many miles does it have? 2013 is a newer vehicle. Seafoam does wonders for older vehicles and two stroke motors. Your problem is more than likely not carbon build up.
