Yes. Been on both ends. Never grouped or anything but these rules are different.
Example: Worked in radio most of career. Major groups will house 4-5 different stations all in one building. I was in sportstalk. at one job, next to us was classic rock. and a hip hop and a news talk etc. station personnel can hear the other stations. My specialty was taking classic rock songs and turning them sexual. Some just fun, some really raunchy. Tom Petty's Free Fallin becomes Free Ballin, these boots are made for walking becomes my cock is made for sucking, etc...
now I would be fired today if anything like that happened. But during that time, both male and female coworkers would join in and it would be almost like a contest on who could be raunchier. The good ole days...

Goes both ways. I was sexually harassed by a middle aged chubby woman when I was 20 and just hired on with a big corporation. The first day in the copy room she said she would make me her boy toy. The underlying problem is that this generation of humans on this planet are trying to redefine the nature of men and women and are, and will continue to be frustrated with the fact that the square peg does not fit in the round hole. You can certainly attempt to redefine their roles and natures, but you will never be able to change their nature or their tendencies. Men are going to chase women, and women are going to flirt with men. When you put these two in the same work environment don’t be surprised when men chase women, and women flirt and chase men. This is so fricking elementary, it should be an embarrassment to those who do not understand this concept. If not for this natural drive we would cease to exist as a species on planet earth.

personally know of three individual encounters where I could be accused...but it all loses credibility bc it all led to consensual affairs and they kept coming back for it until I called it off.

Once, very long time ago. Husband came to my office. Made accusation which I denied. Told him not the way I do business. Said he had asked around and had been told same. Kind of felt sorry for the guy to be wedded to such a goofy gal.
