Any idea on how to get from Port Allen to Denham Springs?

I have a crew trying to get to St Francis Episcopal Church tomorrow to start with the clean up.
I know the church and surrounding buildings had substantial water and we were given the OK to start clean up.
I just need an open route to get there ... any idea?

Hooper Rd is open. Ups been here delivering all day in central. I assume from PA. Magnolia bridge is open

Completely open? 6:00pm news (WWL) was saying it was open from Juban to the east, but closed west of Juban.

The Hooper road suggestion looks like it will work.
WAFB is saying the exits off of I-12 to Denham Springs are still out of commission

So I-12 is still closed then from Oneal to Denham.
