Took care of one dude with a DVT.
Another guy I know of left his wife and lost his mind after pounding his wife daily. He picked up a side piece on top of screwing his wife. DAILY. lol

It hurt me more than it helped. I had to get off of it because of blood pressure issues.

Probably due to the water retention caused by the spike in estrogen.
Your estrogen will spike 12-24 hours after the injection.

I've been on and off for years. Low T caused by other meds killing my endocrine system
You have to figure out why you are low. Is it cause you are a low muscled sedentary fella? The more fat you have the more the body aromitases and converts your testosterone to estrogen. Get bloodwork. Thyroid. Estrogens free t and total t. Myriad of others tests.
I myself in ject twice a week subq with a diabetic needle.
Do not go more than 7 days betweekn injections.
I also take a very very small estrogen blocker to stop the spikes. Mine were very large.
If you find out you don't need em then never start. Get your arse to the gym and work big weights. Stop eating out of plastics and do glass only. Drop the beer it is estrogenic. Switch to hard liquor.
Most people don need the injections. They are easy to give and most often done poorly in reguards to understanding and administration.
If you need them go to an endo and not your GP
