Been here since ‘01, it’s growing like crazy. A lot of road repairs going on. Not too much traffic except at school letting out. Not much shopping, decent eateries. Not sure this helps...

I recommend joining "The City of Central Raves and Rants" Facebook page before buying anything. Those people are nuts. Nuts!

Every Rants and Raves page is nuts. Zachary isn’t much better.
Also someone said something about traffic. Traffic is really not bad in Central especially if you work in BR. It takes me 20-25 mins to and from work. When we lived in P’ville off of 42, it would take literally an hour to and from work.
So the differences in traffic if working in BR are significant. Same thing goes for Denham.
With that said, I could really do without the Central politics and BS.
