Enjoy that assessment, because it's going to be a whopper. Many of these new members that are being lured in with cheap initiation fees won't be around for long because they won't be able to afford it.

The junior members don't need to pay them (at least thats how it was wayback). If you are young enough, I'd recommend it highly. Don't expect the assessments to ever stop though. Every board turnover brings wives that want to impress their friends with their "mark" on the clubhouse.

You don't own stock @ CCL till you are 41, therefore you don't owe assessments till then.

This incentive through December is the cheapest you will ever be able to get in.

I lold at $275 a month.

That's kinda bare bones right? No locker. No club storage. No hole in one insurance. No handicap fee. So on...

Still a great deal on hands down best course in town.

I'll just leave my clubs in my trunk and sleep in my car.

Reality is CCLA is way too far from my house and my office.

It's 85 plus cart on the weekends

As others have said, course is super nice, pool is fun in the summer with a lot of young people with young kids.

Men's grill is a solid lunch spot usually, could have a few more maven beer offerings though

The Guest Fee is $114.45 after tax and cart. That's Tuesday through Sunday. Guests can't tee off the front 9 before 11 on Saturday.
