You made up a retarded scenario that makes no sense given the cops' actions in an attempt to discredit my reaction to this video. Kiss my arse with your crawfishing bullshite.

I have no problem with it. Give your id, they check for warrants, and go on with your day. Seems pretty easy to me.

Any other rights you wish to concede to the gov't while you are at it? Do you give up you arms upon request, how about your freedom to assemble, speak, we'll just search you and your house because you have nothing to hide right?

Like every police matter, I’ll wait to get all the facts and information before making a judgement. Do the cops have any information about that man that wasn’t mentioned in this short clip? If there’s no more relevant information it’s not a good stop for the cops but I’ve seen much worse looking clips that turned out to look totally different when more info comes out.

You could argue that there is more information that could come to light that would make this a reasonable and lawful stop. I don’t think that’s the case, but it’s certainly possible.

There is no argument that more information could exist which makes this a lawful arrest. He is arrested for resisting. We see the entire interaction on video from initial contact with police until he is arrested. He never comes close to “resisting”.

No I was asking if you know what happened before the video started. Do you? Was there a call to the police? Were they looking for a suspect?

I was using an example to show how they might have been in that situation.

I want to know the whole story and you just want me to make a ruling on these people career’s immediately or I’m a bootlicker frick off

Some dumb Karen reported a guy carrying a gun.

Open carry is legal and the guy didn't even have a gun.

They still cuffed and arrested him for resisting.

All of these questions are answered by their actions. Own your stupidity.

Their actions that yo did no would make no sense in the context of your hypothetical.

I never called you a bootlicker either. You sure seem like you might be one though.

Looks like it's pretty clear what happened and you don't need "more information"

They thought he had a weapon...he proved that he didn't...that should be the end of it and he should have been free to go about his day without further harassment.

A lot of cops are low iq individuals, like a lot of the public. The problem is we give them so much power. They knew they were wrong but didn't like their ego being checked. It's sad that people have allowed them to get away with so much.

No. They aren’t. You can’t answer my question.

I’ve already said that if nothing else happened before the video and they just saw him walking down the street then yes the cops are wrong and should be punished.

That’s not good enough for you. If I don’t immediately condemn cops then I’m a bootlicker.

I'm more concerned about the very increased odds that it could have been a criminal walking down the street with a gun to commit violent crime, murder etc. Because that's happening WAY more than police brutality incidents. I've been stopped by cops three times in my life where I had guns pointed at me, told they'd blow my head off etc.. Not once did I break the law or do anything wrong when it happened. But I kept my cool, followed their commands and things worked out. I'm not a retard and learned at a young age, getting aggro on police and fighting with them doesn't turn out well. If they do anything wrong, I can get their badge numbers, go home in one piece and file a complaint or hire an attorney after the fact. The fact dumbasses want to be tough and don't get that getting confrontational with police is hazardous to your health, is amazing. I have had many run-ins with police growing up. A few incidents where they were total pricks, I got roughed up, guns drawn on me, they tried to bait me into giving them a reason to frick me up. Most cops I have had run ins with and personally know are great people, just trying to do their jobs and go home to their families.

What they did was pretty damn egregious. I'm not apologizing for being more informed about the situation than you were apparently.

This is what happens when weak people are put in positions of authority. Soyboy male cop and Karen female cop.

Depends on what happened before the video. You may be right.

I will say there is no way that’s resisting arrest. If he really was charged with that then it’s bullshite.

No, it doesn't. We already know it wasn't anything bad enough to warrant them approaching him weapons drawn, so their reactions in the video are indefensible.

The chick cop was bad enough, but the supervisor and his arrest for resisting is complete bullshite. No context is needed to come to that conclusion.

Remember George Floyd?

We had all the evidence. It was right there in the video!

Oh wait…

Cops were responding to a call
They tried to put him in the back of the car first
There were half eaten pills in the back of the cop car
He had fentanyl and meth in his system
He overdosed a few months prior in the exact same situation
Etc.

Don’t tell me you know all the facts a-hole
