6’1.5” an and when in my late 20s I could barely touch the rim with 1 finger tip with a running start.

Could in high school at 6' and weight lifting for football. But now at 6'2".....nah...too lazy to care

I’m 5’11 and could dunk a tennis ball in high school. Recently at the office we got bored and had a competition who could post a sticker the highest on the wall and I was embarrassed. I’m in good shape but I don’t do a lot of jumping anymore. We didn’t have anyone in my high school that could dunk. All white though.

I'm 6'3" and was the same height as a senior but was skinny as shite back then ( early 80's) I remember getting my first in game dunk on a break away. Thought I was big shite, you didn't see many white kids dunking back then
