Any baws stuck at the airport?

Major IT outage with AeroData grounding flights apparently.
Some have been restored but not all.
*Inserts could have been me post since I flew from OMA to DFW yesterday*

AeroData grounding flights? Are passenger carriers not authorized to input manual weight and balance?

It is not common but does happen where the W&B can’t be downloaded via ACARS. Most airlines have a printed version that allows manual inputs by the crew.
However, this must have been a bigger issue than just W&B
