Nah the one from i10 by the high rise in the east I definitely believe it's not from cars.
This most definitely was on the bridge from a car, that's also why everyone braked. You gas and who knows wth might happen

It’s someone on a motorbike. No lights. Weaves in and out of traffic. Fires shots from a lane or two over from behind the cars and disappears into the night.
