Is this one of the 9 innocent victims shot by police? I am sure that he was a good Boy.

Yet 9 POS’s downvoted the OP. Hmmm I wonder who those 9 are. I could take a few guesses.

This board is filled with so many people who seem absolutely mystified by the world they live in

It’s not a false equivalency. It is the discussion that so many in this county want so desperately.

I believe that any rational person, black or white, would feel a different level/kind of emotion if they encountered a black or white male in a dark alley on a given night. People may not want to admit this, even to themselves but I bet it’s true. If you could measure situational awareness whether it’s fear, anxiety, or just perception in humans (especially females) when a man comes around the corner, it would vary based on his race.

I don’t know that I said that in a way that makes sense. Simply, a woman would feel more fear of a black man alone then she would a white man.

Statistics bear out that she should be more concerned. Your body responds differently based on perceived levels of danger.

A snake and a armadillo produce different responses also.

It’s just biology. Our lizard brain tells us to fear things perceived as dangerous. I wouldn’t fear some Asian guy coming down a dark alley because Asians don’t produce a disproportionate number of violent criminals. But we can’t have this be part of the conversation because it’s always called racism, discrimination, or whatever other derogative to kill the conversation, by race baiters, leftists, SJW, BLM, etc etc

And since we can’t discuss it without being ‘cancelled’, everything else is for show. Let’s pretend X isn’t X and keep the discussion on Y. Therefore, no real progress will be made about X.
