What does that mean? So, if I'm at a restaurant and I see The Pistoleros walk in, should I leave? Are they going to walk up to me and say, "That's my seat, bitch"?

if you don't represent them to their liking, they're going to burn your house down

Are the Laffing Devils and Sin Mob legit MCs?

That's very much a matter of contention. To me both those clubs are kind of like the Iron Order MC that's been popping up everywhere since the show SoA got popular. What I mean is they are a "new breed" who snub the traditions and protocols of the old established clubs. They're playing a VERY dangerous game and really how it will all work out on both the national and even local level here where I'm at is something that I'm interested to see.

No, they will leave you alone unless you go messing with them. Non bikers are known as "civilians" and generally it's frowned upon to mess with them since it always ends up bring bad pub down on all bikers.

But, don't they look at "civilians" with motorcycles as posers and beat them up? Kind of like in Wild Hogs?

So when the HA's gave Sin Mob ultimatum to join up with them they now become an HA charter? And since Laffing Devils gave up there cuts they are no longer a club? Just from watching the show I always assumed they were making it all up

Only if they were trying to do something stupid like flying MC colors (wearing patches) claiming things like that state. For example, lets say you go buy a bike and you and some friends decided y'all want to be an MC. You go have some patches made and on the bottom Rocker you put the word "Louisiana" because that's where you live. Well, you'd been seen right away and first you'd be contacted by a member of one of the big clubs, probably the Banditos in your instance and they'd tell you to take the patches off. If you did as they said then no problem. If not they would schedule a Patch Pulling Party for you and your buddies. Then you'd be in a world of shite.

But so long as you don't fly colors or anything, you are considered to be a biker as long as you ride. But being a biker and being a member of an MC are not the same thing.

To be honest, I've only watched that show like twice and have not really followed it. Whatever politics that are going on with them and the established clubs is not something I'm aware of.

but just to try and answer your question.

(1) If the 81's tell you you're going to join them as a new chapter, Well you'd better get to sewing on new patches ASAP. Period. That is unless you're already in one of only a small handful of Clubs that can actually come close to the HAs when it comes to numbers. But if you're a small local or regional club, you really cannot say no.

(2) Once a club gives up it's colors, it's considered defunct.

But there is a key difference between guns and pits. There is 0 change any of my firearms will break out of it's case, go over to my neighbor's yard and rip out the throat of their preschooler while they play with their toys. Can't say the same for pits.

Can't say the same for your son either. You can't say there is a 0 chance he will accidentally shoot someone. I understand you feel there is 0 chance you will accidentally shoot someone, just like I feel there is 0 chance my pit mix will kill anyone. I don't believe you and you don't believe me.

Edit: Sorry to be late to the party. It looks like we are past talking about dogs and now are talking about biker gangs. Carry on.

Actually a good TV show as long as folks remember it's fiction. One interesting thing about the show is that even though Sonny Barger has been involved from the start as both a consultant and even making appearances on the show, the fictional Sons of Anarchy club in the show is based more on the real world MC named Sons of Silence than the HAs.
