Sure, but you might want to make sure your words and actions on the video support it.

Never has been. Ask the loud music guy. Or Ronald Gasser.

If you're legitimately afraid your life is in imminent danger, it's a defense. If you're unreasonably paranoid, or (as in the two cases I referred) mad because you feel disrespected, you're going to prison for a very long time.

Lying is second nature, if not first to these people. I hope their is a special place in Hell waiting for them

You ain’t kidding, I don’t know what the law is in SC, but switching plates would get your car towed in LA.

That was the absolute best cop interaction you could hope for. Got his info, checked him out, gave him some helpful info, and didn’t even give him a ticket.

What a fricking a-hole that "pastor" must be. His life has to be amazing to have to use that situation to spark drama.

It takes a Category 5 douchebag to make a false allegation after a cop lets you off with a warning.

When this happens the police officer needs to sue for defamation.

Copsplaning. Cop deserves to be punished.

The "pastor" even got a nice little flip of the bird at the cop when he was pointing at his paperwork. Yeah, may have been unintentional, but somehow I doubt it.

The dude switched the plates from a 92 gmc to a newer Benz. I would imagine when a cop sees old series license plates on a newer car, it’s a big red blinking beacon for a stolen vehicle. If someone wanted to get pulled over, perhaps to create some kind of false narrative and bring attention to himself for a lawsuit, this is that they would do.
