They must be able to articulate what the reasonable suspicion is, what crime did he think he was involved in?

So whats "dumber" in your opinion a a guy in a costume with a gun being disrespected by a law abiding citizen or a law abiding citizen being disrespected by guys in costumes who carry guns

Looks like a small town, these guy will be a target of all the cops now. Not a smart move in my opinion, although I don't think he was doing any thing wrong. Cops are drunk on their power or perceived power

Another " Am I being detained " cop video but this time officer loses his cool quote: And some will argue that cops violate peoples rights far too often. I sure hope you aren't implying this one of those times. Some douchebag with a video camera out with the intention of getting this exact reaction isn't just some random person getting their rights shite on. I'm all for having my rights, but I also will not go out intentionally looking to start shite with a cop for no reason other than to post it online. That douche probably thinks he's an intellectual, but he's just a dumbass.

I agree the guy shouldn't go looking to start shite but the officer needs to operate within the law and keep his cool.

If some homely looking guy I had never seen before was walking through my neighborhood with a knapsack over his shoulder, no I wouldn't have a problem with the cops checking him out.

Leaving your house with a video camera and the intention of harassing officers just to get a reaction is pretty fricking stupid.

Well the cop was minding his own business until douche bag showed up. The cop wasn't out looking for someone to harass. I give the cop a pass. Now if this had happened to a completely random person, I'd feel differently. When you go out looking for shite, don't be surprised when you find it.

In the city of New York, once a person is released from a reasonable suspicion stop, a "stop, question and frisk report" is filled out and filed with the command in which the stop occurs.

There has been a lot of controversy about the constitutionality and use of this law. There are suspected quotas and a vast majority of the people that it has been used against are minorities. I've seen some reports of really disgusting uses of it. It's not a good law at all.

Is it unlawful for the police to circle you where you go and work?
Don't think it is.

Ok for them take pictures and video and post it on the internet?
Pretty sure they can do that if they want.

Nah, you probably wouldn't like that too much
Irrelevant. I don't like having to drive only 70 on the interstate, how relevant is my dislike for that?

Failure to answer the question "why are you following us around , you have circled 5 times?"

I'd say you need to be able to answer that question...honestly versus a follow up questions like "What have we done wrong?" Otherwise you are just "Bringing trouble on yourself".

The officer showed respect and the punk showed no respect.. and that my friends is how the law will be "enforced".

This is a typical video of a punk intentionally trying to entice an officer of law , records it and then places the video on the internet for giggles. I really have no tolerance for that kind of citizenship.

how does that boot taste?

The driver was looking for trouble with a cop so he can prove that he knows his rights, but the officer should have kept his cool. It kind of reminded me of a Chris Farley outburst

I'm all for freedom and individual rights, but at no point will I condone the behavior of the guy in the vehicle. Police will overstep their bounds and infringe on your rights from time to time, but that is the exception rather than the rule. I've got no respect for the cop losing his cool or the guy antagonizing him.

However, the other cop should get a raise or teach a class on how to conduct one's self in a situation.

I was actually referring to another situation that was described as an example. A man was detained and cuffed for walking down the road and looking "homely."
