Anger Management Problems

So, after almost getting into a fight during my morning commute, and after having gotten into a fight two years ago at a party, I think I may have anger management issues.
Anyone here ever deal with that?
On a positive note, I know it's trashy, but I had an awesome day after this morning. I felt alive.

Go see a therapist. Seriously.
But try to find ways to avoid confrontation while angry. Step away or pull over until you cool off. Think of the big picture and how what your mad about is not that big of a deal.

How old are you? Was alcohol involved 2 years ago? What happened this morning? Why did I make a ham sandwich when the ham smelled a little bit iffy?
