I was going to take it to one of my Biloxi weekends just to not have to drive.

There have been 3 train accidents so far between Biloxi and Mobile since the Mardi Gras line started.

1. Did not stop at lights
2. Ran into the side of the train, attempting to beat it.
3. Went around gates, not fast enough.

Cannot fix stupid! All accidents on video. The crash speeding into the side of the engine is a good watch.

Maybe they needed more flashing lights or horns.

Initial reports were that the train hit the car.

Everyone I know that has taken it from
mobile to New Orleans say it was a great trip, and it’s sold old e wry time they rode.

One of the guys went to the Georgia-Ole Miss game with a buddy that works for Amtrak. Guy said that trip has more alcohol sales than any other in the US.

Amtrak does not give a shite if you bring your own beverage of choice. We had wine, others had ice chest of beer, snacks, etc.

Don’t be stupid and flaunt it. The attendants are rarely in the coach cars, they hang out in the Cafe.
