No one stopped, or really bitched about, Uber drivers doing it, so why do you think the same ones/types will do it??

Some University needs to conduct research on why people in Louisiana become unhinged by the improper use of emergency flashers, it's fascinating

They’d get nothing but the bird and or intentional slow driving blocking them from passing.

I demand that you bring me my package in 2 days! Why are all of these damn delivery trucks in my way? They're using their flashers?! This is total b.s.!

The flashers aren't the problem - it's the fact that they're attached to people who are usually an imbecile.

But seriously, I've been guilty of opening packages before. I was expecting a package and didn't look at the label. I just opened it and that wasn't my stuff inside the box; the package was misdelivered (in Amazon's lingo: GREAT SUCCESS!). Someone else's shite was in the box I opened.

I at least made an attempt to tape it back up before dropping it on their porch, though.

I’ll say this- they were working yesterday while the USPS wasn’t.

See, even you're invested in the subject. This board would happily do a 10 page thread on the topic every week, it's hilarious.

They’re against the law to use while driving.

That happened to me once.

Some delivery people get my neighbor mixed up with my house, because we are on the same address actually.. I wasn't paying attention and opened a package delivered to me.. it was boots. I immediately was like I definitely didn't order this.. So I looked and noticed his name.. I simply brought it over to him and told him I opened it without realizing. It was okay.

In many states, yes, but I'm pointing out it's not the use of the flashers that upsets me, it's the fact that the next person I meet who is intelligent and uses flashers while driving will be the first.

More and more, I'm getting delivered notifications from Amazon and my package doesn't arrive until the next day.

Once they're delivery note said 'handed to resident' and we never even heard them come by.

The only time this ever happens to me is when I have "SmartPost" or some other service where UPS/FedEx delivers it to the USPS, and the USPS finishes the delivery from there. When that happens, I get the "delivered" notification when it arrives at the USPS, not at my house.

That must be it. I lose all hope when it gets in the hands of USPS.
