Once upon a time, I ordered something from the marketplace that ended up being incorrectly described. I returned it via usps, who proceeded to lose it on its way back. Informed Amazon cusomer service, and sent them the notice I got stating my package was lost, and Amazon refunded my money.

I'll happily pay my Prime fees every year.

I have rented movies from Amazon that during the playback it had to buffer a few seconds a couple of times. It must have been on their end b/c I got an email from them refunding the rental fee.

A buddy of mine told me a few weeks ago that he rented a movie. He began watching it and about half way through and decided he didn't like it. He changed to a different movie and watched it all of the way through. The next morning he had an email from Amazon that his first movie was refunded since he wasn't able to watch all of it.

Maybe they're TOO good.

They are single handedly destroying the postal service and many retailers. But that is natural selection.

Never had a problem with them. Wish I bought UPS stock 12 years ago.
