Am I the First Person to Ever Fail at Renewing Sirius XM Subscription at the Cheap Rate?
Or is this something new?

It's always been super easy on the chat to get re-upped at the 6 months/$30 rate or whatever it is.

I just did the customer support chat, and was shut down.

She said there was no offers available for me, so it was going to the standard rate. I said no thanks, i'll cancel if I can't get my same cheap rate I've always had. She simply said she can't do that, i said cancel, she called my bluff and said ok.

I'm such a failure.

Happened to me too. I told them I couldn't do it, they offered 50% of the 6 month deal for 2 vehicles.

Did they cut it off? Maybe they're going the AOL route and just charging you anyway when you cancel.

Just call back and talk to the next rep .

Seriously. I’ve been shot down the same way. Hung up and the next rep offered the low rate no problem

Stock price is currently up 0.50%, the market agrees with Sirius' decision to say no deal.

They've always caved and offered the $5/month rate to me.

They are the absolute worst company on the planet. They must have spent more money marketing to me than they would if I paid for a year. Spoofed spam calls should be punishable by death.

Never failed for me either...til today.

She was offering like $20/month, that was it. She said there were no other offers she could give, nothing.

I'll try again tomorrow or whatever, we'll see I guess.

I'd rather stay music from Amazon prime or something anyway.

I didn’t figure you for a beta, shel. You should’ve thrown your authority around to that bitch.
