Your wish is granted. We rented to several over a decade and a half. Hate filled towards conservatives, one was especially convinced that our kind just wanted to put 'her' kind into concentration camps. We didn't even know she was a he for a couple more years, but the hatred was there, pushing her forward. D passed as a rather homely female with thinning hair- nothing drag queen about her. One of our other renters hated that "that woman" might be able to look in his kitchen. So he didn't know either.
Another one had a really nasty divorce and effect on his son.

I think it's more about the comfort of the majority of ladies and girls who use the women's room.
My favorite tactic is the boycotts by several states who assume the right of a bearded lady is greater than the comfort of others.

Exactly. I couldn't care less what consenting adults do at home, but don't force it on everyone else and damn sure don't force it on innocent children.
