He is black. Cops are white.

That means it is murder regardless of anything else that happens.

Unfortunately we've seen this play out before, over zealous cops in a quick second decision with a tenured criminal.

I wouldn't say that it was quick. He shot, what, 5, 6 times?

I mean he had a chance to stop shooting after

1 shot
2 shots
3 shots
4 shots
5 shots
etc

The cop wanted to kill the guy. You don't shoot something that many times unless you want it dead

It will be ruled as justified, plain and simple. The question is how much will be for how much money will BRPD settle with the family?

Why are you worried about money for the family? If it is found as justified should the family pay the cops for what they and their families will go through?

Any defense class teaches you to not stop shooting until the threat is eliminated.

Try again.

I've said it before that black cops should work with black complaints. A least the racism part is eliminated.

But wouldn't that be racism???

Don't be naive.. Gun involved incident.. You are taught repeatedly to fire until the aggressor is unable to defend or possibly return fire..

I am not worried in the least. I could not care less. But for the record, are you saying that be BRPD, city, or whoever will not settle with the family? They will settle, not because they believe the officers were at fault, but to quell some of the storm, in my opinion

How many rounds do you need to fire into someone's chest at point blank range before the threat is "eliminated" ?

I think we must ask ourselves is it the cop's job to "eliminate" until dead or subdue until the suspect can be brought before a judge to answer the charges in a court of law. That is what's important imho.

I only shoot a deer one time, usually, and I want it dead. The point you are trying to make is stupid

So you want there to be 90% black cops?

His hand was up by his shoulder and the cop was trying to control it. He continues to try to free his hand and then moves it down by the pocket containing the gun.

I do, I do want to accept it. Someone, anyone, post a screenshot showing his right hand, arm, or pocket before shots are fired.

I've watched the video frame by frame. Nothing is clear other than the fact that the second officer is basically sitting on his right hip/waist.

Motherfrickers are actively trying to incite otherwise peaceful (ish) individuals to riot.

Disgusting
