I know this is the way our justice system works. If a drunk woman asks a drunk male to screw her, then she gets naked and climbs on top of him, he has raped her. There is no getting around this.

I think the videos from inside the car will clear up a lot of this. It may be very obvious that she was or was not able to give consent. Her BAC at death certainly suggests no woman her size was capable of consent, though.
