Detox from alcohol is no laughing matter. You can have a seizure and die but if you are in day three you may not need a hospital destination but you are still at risk

Sucks! I had the shakes, sweats and shits for 3 days. I seriously wanted to die. My dad sat with me. He didn’t sleep just watched me like a hawk. I binged for a year and a half till I hit rock bottom. I’ve been sober for 6 years and it’s ( for me) a decision I make every day not to drink. I also went to rehab. For me, it was destructive. 2 marriages, estrange son but life’s good remarried ( crazy I know) and a beautiful daughter.
