I have been playing a scenario in my head for a while. Lets say terrorist attack an SEC football stadium on a Saturday and hundreds are killed. Lets also say an unstable, grief filled father lights up a few at a mosque, but is somehow found not guilty at the trial. What do think America will look like going forward?

I think that depends on which fan base is involved here. Lot of Bama fatigue in the world today.

The real world isn't a John Grisham novel.

no. with all the anti Muslim rhetoric coming from the Trump crowd, it is not far fetched. All it takes is one juror. A attack in the U.S. is all but guaranteed. A great place to kill a lot of people in the south would be a football game on a Saturday.

I'm really surprised this hasn't happened at a football game in general. You're talking about 100,000 with no quick or easy exit method. Yes, they have security upon entering but we all know that is a joke. Just goes to show how successful the 'behind the scenes' security is from letting it get to that layer.

It would be interesting to see if this happened at bama, would those in Louisiana hashtag and show red colors on Facebook because we all know that's what really matters these days.

If it's A&M is it considered a hate crime?

That would all take years.

No, the backlash in the South would be pretty horrific for lots of folks who even look Muslim. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but it just is.

The bomb scare on LSU's campus a few years ago taught me that evacuating campus during a major football game would be a shitshow.
