China has no input on our own preparedness, and I don't think there's any question we were caught unprepared when it started spreading here. We're still not fully prepared. And even despite China's burying of facts in the early spread of it there, there was plenty of info out there that pointed to it spreading the globe, and we still refused to act, while many in our government downplayed the threat and did their own lying about it.
