As a fan who doesn’t follow “being the elite”, people on Twitter, et al, I didn’t get the joke. For this to work, they have to bring in less hardcore fans.

I think they are trying to appeal to the hardcore with that stuff while using Moxly/Jericho to bring in the casual fans.

That’s what the wreddit/squared circle fans want. They are trying to appease the neckbeard reddit fans who compromise maybe 1-5% of wrestling fans as a whole.

What? Pre-show sucked balls. Hopefully it improves for the main show. Regardless, I’m sure Meltzer and his ilk will still be claiming Fyter Fest to be better than any Wrestle Mania ever produced

Cody and Brandi come across very fake in their interviews outside of scripted wrestling stuff. they both seem to love to pat themselves on the back for how progressive and "woke" they are.

the triple threat tag match was pretty damn good... but the other 2 matches were sloppy as hell
I expect much better from the main card

that's a shame if true because TNT will open them up to a massive audience of normal people. they have the potential to be a very strong #2 to WWE and real competition if they cater to the mainstream audience and ignore the obese smart marks.

There's an All Elite Wrestling channel on youtube. The DoN's preshow is still up on TNT's youtube and I think all the preshows will be free.
