Hold on a sec...you're telling me LSU's student union once had a bar? And that it opened at 8am?

What year was this? Whatever it was, get me a time machine.

Man, times have changed.

Mind your own business.

I've been a two drink at lunch guy for years. Only take maybe two lunches a week.

I graduated in the late 70s, I think it probably met it's demise when they changed the legal drinking age to 21 in LA, circa early 80s I think

ETA: USL had one too, I played a couple of basketball tournaments there when I was in school

Keep your pie hole shut.

Hell I keep pretty much a full bar in my office consisting of Vodka, Gin, Scotch, and at least 5 different bottles of Bourbon. The Vodka and Gin is for the pussies that don't drink whiskey.

I once was in a similar situation. I was in my truck during lunch and witnessed a coworker drinking beer. So after I did my line of meth on the center console of my truck, I walked up to him and gave him a little talking to and he never drank any beer afterwards.

Why does someone need help for having a couple of beers at lunch?

fricking this! I work in an office setting. We drink alcohol at lunch regularly if we choose to. No biggie. We aren't getting hammered on Martinis, just a beer or wine at lunch.

I turned 18 the year they changed the legal drinking age to 21. I turned 18 in 1996. For a period after I turned 18 I was able to buy then at some point while I was 18 the law kicked in.

I guess if you had seen the guy shooting up heroin instead of killing some beers these guys would still say mind your own business.

Sounds like death was a sweet release for that guy.
Oh yea man, for sure. I was actually happy for him when I heard he passed away. Dude was a mess, broke down to me several times, etc. I was genuinely glad his misery and suffering ended.

Are you his direct superior?

Does he operate heavy machinery?

If the answer to either of those questions is no, then shut the frick up and mind your own business.

A couple beers at lunch isn't that big of a deal. Do you know what he's going through? Try talking to him, you know, like a friend or coworker or adult instead of running to his supervisor like a little bitch

thought it was in the 80s, and that was when they started really cracking down on DUIs too iirc

right, cause beer and heroin are exactly alike.

I wouldn't worry about the heroin either if its an office setting. It will all work itself out in time.

Noticed he drank at least two for the short time I was out there.

I just noticed this part. Were you staring at him the whole time? How far away from his car were you? How do you know it was two different beers? I'm starting to think this is b.s.
