situation was contained and so far the only reported injury was a self inflicted gsw to the foot by an officer

I'm listening to the San Diego police scanner right now, and apparently someone involved with law enforcement discharged his firearm at an end of race gathering.

My wife ran the half there today. She said that there an active female shooter at a parking garage and four were shot. But she had already finished and read about it on Twitter, so it could easily be bullshite.
