From that dashcam video the shooter was either white or Latino, also looked like he was wearing a vest or jacket with some type of writing the on the back.

I think he and his wife had been shopping at Southlake Town Square, and he was shot as he was getting into his car.
No one in Southlake had any idea he was a former cartel lawyer. He thought he could retire quietly in a wealthy and safe suburb.
