Horrible driver training = horrible drivers...simple
In most of western Europe driver training lasts a full year,drivers must be able demonstrate abilities in all driving conditions/roadways and the whole process costs more than a couple thousand dollars = competent drivers...also no trucks allowed on any passing lanes !
