Yep. If we could start enforcing the left lane is for passing and no texting & driving laws it would greatly help with traffic on our interstates. But instead we have multiple unmarked police vehicles sitting parked next to each other on the shoulder of I12 while shooting radar during morning rush hour. Everyone starts hitting their brakes as soon as they see them & the traffic jam begins. Big rigs sit in the left lane every afternoon backing up traffic. Our roadways are filled with pot holes, trash, never ending road construction & crappy drivers.
