Abortion doctor keep 2,246 fetal remains? His colleague says they were gruesome trophies

How anyone can not see this for what it is, an American Genocide, is beyond me. I guess doctors offices are just significantly more innocuous than gas chambers.

I seem to recall Dr Kermit Gosnell Of West Philly was found to have done this when they busted him for late term abortions that ended up killing the mother.

Or there might be something in between......
Edit to say, there might be some nuance here. We don't consider all human deaths equally tragic. So even if it is a human life, or something similar, it might not be the most tragic type of loss of said life. Just maybe.....
