There will definitely be another plague one day. Overpopulation is our planet's biggest problem. Eventually, nature will defeat modern medicine. It's not a of if, but when.

The world is way over due for a another pandemic, I would be will to bet there will be another plague type event in the next 2-3 decades.

H7N9, a novel variant of flu that is right at the top of epidemiological pandemic concerns since its emergence in 2013 is picking up mutations that make it deadlier and more resistant to anti vitals.
It is 100% fatal in poultry, and fatal in an astonding 40% of infected humans. This is not a quick thing. It has been simmering in China almost nonstop since its emergence.
The one silver lining is that it difficult to spread person to person. Only around 12% of cases are not from direct poultry contact.
For now.

I am standing in the Hong Kong airport as we speak. News just hit. Total shite show here. Airport staff running around trying to take people's temperature. Idiots wrapping t-shirts over their faces. Smh.
