I use "rescue ginger" from "the ginger people" for my nausea. My sis the pharmacist heard about it from pregnant women for their morning sickness.

Gotta say it does work though. 2 tablets that are like the ginger version of Altoids helps quell nausea.

Just be thankful it doesn't have cayenne in it. Lemon and cayenne shots were a thing for a while.

Little known fact. Turmeric will help block the absorption of iron along with the other known benefits. My hematocrit tends to run high due to trt shots.
