Sorry, but harsh medicine is typically required. Gentlemen's agreements on who is going to pay what are always going to fail, and you are old enough to know this. You can never outsource your safety to anyone; they will almost always fail you. Family will, and has failed you, repeatedly. This has happened before this issue, but you didn't follow the cookie crumbs to know it was going to happen again.
The more disabled you are, the more help you get from the state, county, etc. Para transit, etc. They will drive you to work every day (I worked with a blind woman that did this for years), as long as you schedule it. Everyone pays taxes to support people that need it, almost all willingly, so use it.

The critics in here aren’t wrong, but there’s a time and place for those discussions, and I’m not sure that this thread checks either box. The dude needs some immediate help, and this place can sometimes show a good heart. If you don’t want to help or at least lend a kind word, then just bite your tongue and peruse other threads for a few days.

This is a guy who faked cancer for attention years ago. Pay attention. You’ve been here just as long. PJ is an attention seeking old douche bag and yall eat it up.
He can frick off. He is exact what is wrong with people and the internet.
He just wants attention while he looks for his next mobile home. I will not let gim have social media bc that’s all he has.

I can frick off??? I worked for over 45 years bitch. What I have is a hereditary condition. And I worked with it for years until I was putting my own safety and the safety of others at risk. You can judge me all you want. Not one time in this thread have I asked for any help. Just venting. You seem to have a grudge against the world.
