It's kinda like when people think that 50 was super old because the average lifespan was somewhere in the 30s due to high infant mortality.
when you have a bunch of people that are malnourished and don't develop properly (the brain is the most resource hungry organ and develops rapidly in childhood) the national IQ goes down.

The difference, moron, is that street racing was done in secluded strips of roadway. It was discrete, it was brief, it was done with the idea of not getting caught and creating large crowds of onlookers. Your argument is typical, unthinking, out of context Millennial bullshite.
