What bubble do you live in? Maybe not on this scale, but I see this shite every day. Typically it's Sprite and candy with the Louisiana Purchase card then they fish out a $20 to buy a 40 and/or (more commonly) blunt wraps.

People milk the system every day. If someone pays you all in a small amount of cash for some sort of job, are you going to report it your taxes? I am also assuming that all of you Amazon buyers are going back and pay taxes to Louisiana on your purchases, right? Not saying that any of this is right, but it is not uncommon at places other than the local corner store and grocery stores.

Fill the 5 gallon jug up and use the water from the 5 gallon jug to fill up the 3 gallon jug.
You're left with 2 gallons in the 5 gallon jug.
Pour out the water in the 3 gallon jug & transfer the 2 gallons of water from the 5 gallon jug to the 3 gallon jug.
Fill up the 5 gallon jug with water then pour enough water out of the 5 gallon jug to fill up the remaining 1 gallon of space in the 3 gallon jug. Now the 5 gallon jug will contain 4 gallons of water!
