If others are bringing in orcas, hippos and such, then let me put my money on a fully grown male African crocodile. They can grow between 14-20 feet long and weigh up to 1,300 lbs. Also probably the most aggressive of all reptiles on earth.

Assuming the gorilla does not use a weapon like a sharp stick, I dont see a way it could cause leathal harm other then a choke hold.
The bear on the other hand, would be swinging at the gorilla with its freddy Krueger claws during each volley. The bear would maul the hell out of the gorilla.
Gorilla would die first. Bear wins.
