I guess in that sense it's no different than jeopardy. There's no rules in jeopardy outlawing rape but if you do it on the show you'll probably go to jail.

Haha what the frick, so by their standards every game show in history allowed rape and murder, since sure you could do it I guess; you will go to jail though.

I think the Price is Right has some no rape rules. But that might just be in the showcase showdown, I can't remember.
