There's basically two definitions which I will cut and paste; Read both
rac·ism
/'ra?siz?m/
Learn to pronounce
noun
prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
"a program to combat racism"
Similar:
racial discrimination
racialism
racial prejudice/bigotry
xenophobia
chauvinism
bigotry
bias
intolerance
anti-Semitism
apartheid
the belief that different races possess distinct characteristics, abilities, or qualities, especially so as to distinguish them as inferior or superior to one another.
"theories of racism"
So the question is, if you believe someone who's Usain Bolt's color will usually be the fastest runner in the world, Or someone like Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali or Floyd Mayweather will always be the best boxers (fighters) in the world, Or Aroldis Chapman will throw the fastest baseball in the world, or guys that win the Boston Marathon will usually be black, or that black basketball and football players will usually be superior to white players, does that mean you are racist?
I would imagine, without really knowing, that if you took a composite IQ test (Intelligent quotient) of all whites and all blacks, the whites would grade out collectively higher. I would also imagine someone like Martin Luther King, Oprah Winfrey, John Cochran, or Eddie Murphy would have an IQ much higher than most white people. Does that make me a racist?

Does that make me a racist?

Only white people can be racist. If you are white, you are a racist. Sorry dude.

The definition is simple.
Racism- To attribute certain characteristics to a group of people based on their race.
Racism doesn't specify a certain race.
Racism doesn't specify oppression.
