Nicaragua is talking about building a sea level canal. Which would be a terrible idea environmentally, but ships like this are one reason for the proposal.

Actually, Nicaragua is letting the Chinese build it.

It's almost like a cage system that they lock into below deck and the top five or so above deck. Above that they are bracketed into each other if I am not mistaken.

I want to fish around it badly.
