Unscented. I fricking HATE scented candles. They give me headaches. Quit imposing your shitty fake smells on the rest of us.

When you get into the super expensive candles, there are some amazing scents. Very rich and perfume-y. You can sometimes find the higher end brands at Home Goods or TJ Maxx for less money.
Not a fan of food smells like vanilla. I burn candles when people are coming over, which usually means I'm cooking. Vanilla mixed with cooking beef roast is a weird smell.
Some people are pretty sensitive to scents. They don't bother me. We burn incense more than we burn candles, really. Don't like to waste my nice candles, but a box of Nag Champa cones is cheap as hell so we will go through 3-4 cones in one night.

I prefer the essential oil stuff over candles these days. Easier to deal with.
