The short-notice auction, set to begin Saturday, will include Kohlhepp's gun safe, an ATV, power tools and other miscellaneous items, Darron Meares, owner of Meares Land and Auction Company said. The items are at Kohlhepp's property on Wofford Road, where authorities discovered the bodies of three of Kohlhepp's victims and found Kala Brown locked in a storage container in 2016.

Kohlhepp's property will be auctioned online starting at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25 until 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29. Further details are expected to be released Thursday.

This guy also committed a quadruple murder at a motorcycle shop in 2003.

Would you buy the property of a serial killer, even if you got a good deal?

As long as the serial killer didn’t Voldemort himself into the items, well sure. It’s just stuff.

Well I certainly wouldn't buy it if it wasn't a good deal.

You could open a serial killer theme park.

Follow-up question: Would you turn around, subdivide it, and resell it?

It isn't far from the BMW plant, so there may be willing buyers out there who are moving to the area.

I'd snap that property up for the right price.

If his shite comes with the property, I'd sort it into trash and pawn piles and go from there.

Sure, why not? Unless the serial killer was part of the deal

I'd claim it was haunted and sell tours like the myrtles.

If it were a good piece of property at a good deal, hell yes I would buy it.

First, I'd had cadaver dogs search every damn inch of it, Then, I'd have a priest walk the property, blessing every damn thing in sight. Last, I'd have that hoodoo woman from the Superdome come do her thing out there.
